Cognia: Every day is different, so I'm never bored. I really like my team members and feel supported.
Cognia: I love working at Cognia. I have a supportive team environment. Our chief always has our back. The benefit package is extremely generous. I have confidence in the leadership team and especially our CEO.

The Black Tux: Customer Service...better explanation of what it means to purchase a suit. I was measured for Suit and sleeves on jacket were 2.5 inches too long. Suit shipped without tailoring even though I went to store in Chicago to be measured. Now I have to go to tailor spend more money out of pocket.

Bojangles : The salary is competitive but the bonus program is lacking and even your area director cannot help you to attain it.

Kerecis: Unfriendly atmosphere, constant surveillance, and a toxic culture where reporting coworkers is rewarded. Bullying is common and often disguised as sexist jokes. Vague contracts and lack of management support make this a hostile and unprofessional place to work.

Scrum Alliance: A great team of people. Leadership is transparent and passionate about what they do.
Cognia: Work-life balance is difficult to achieve at this organization. Schedules are untenable and departments are under-resourced. Career advancement is also difficult to achieve. Raises and promotions are rare and are not tied to performance. There is little transparency or accountability within the org.
Cognia: I enjoy working at the company. At times, as a Regional Accreditation Evaluator, I feel disconnected from the work of Cognia as a whole. I believe Executive Leadership is working to address this in their new improvement strategy.
Scrum Alliance: I've been with Scrum Alliance for 7 years, and it has gone through many changes. At this time, it is the most stable and healthy I've seen it. We have a direction, we have support, and we produce value for the world. It's a company to strive to retire from, in my opinion.

Aledade: When everyone on your team leaves due to a bad manager, you would think it would be a red flag. The director even stated she is analytical but agreed she is not a people person. He said that he could train her to have those skills. Really??? Is that why the entire team is gone?

Cognia: Used to be OK before the pandemic but the financial impact thereof has meant that staffing shortages have been a consistent problem since and compensation/benefits have gotten worse.
ATI Performance Products Inc: The employees are awesome to work with. Feedback in how you are doing is only by word of mouth, and the yearly. There needs to be a better or formal way to gauge progress other than no news is good news, or only when you are not doing great.
