There is a lack of trust in the organization because he states that financials are "fine" and then layoffs follow immediately. Stated values are abandoned when the political winds change.
Cognia: Cognia is very innovative and stays ahead of the crowd. Employees believe in the mission so we make it happen.
Cognia: I love working at Cognia! While we move sometimes at lightning speed, our employees always make things happen in spite of it. So there's some edginess to it, but it keeps us very innovative so we serve our educators well.

Albert: My debit card never gets verified. I think that means I can't get money out of my account. If I look at it in a positive approach...I'm saving some money. 6 of 1 and half a dozen for another.

Three Ships Media: What started as a promising opportunity quickly turned into a mess of confusion, shifting priorities, and impossible expectations. The marketing director frequently scrapped entire projects last minute, leaving employees scrambling to redo work under impossible deadlines.
Industrious Office: Overall workplace and day to day is fairly simple. However, there are many inefficiencies. Processes for serious issues take an unreasonably long time. They take nearly up to a year to refund money back to members, and even to investigate HR related issues within the company.
Magna: I enjoy coming to work, I feel you have the freedom to do your job without someone looking over your shoulder, that makes you feel that upper management trust that you are capable and experienced to do what you were hired to do. I feel that the compensation is fair, and raises are also up to par.
Cognia: It has been a good experience. A few bumps in the road but that is typical in any working environment.

Not the same with Q/A and any interaction I've had with folks from the main office. They are very entitled and seem to be a good old boys club. Very poor listeners.

Cambridge Mobile Telematics: Working at CMT is a fulfilling experience, the mission is clear and the purpose is strong. Safe driving should be at the forefront of anyone that has ever gotten behind the wheel or even within a moving vehicle. Plus the culture is pretty close to perfect.
Union: Hard working Good to be around helpful
Cognia: HR is the group who decides raises and they with no discussion with employees. They threaten you when you ask for a promotion with being fired.
Upflex: My overall experience with Upflex is awful. I can't recommend working here as long as the current leadership stays in place. Our leaders are awful and incompetent, and these qualities are made worse by their close-mindedness and huge egos.
Cognia: Overall, I've had a wonderful experience at Cognia. The teams work well together, there is flexibility, work-life balance, and attention to mental health. I love that there are options for both hybrid and remote work. I enjoy contributing to the organization.

Home Instead Senior Care: A recent client that I had spent all my days with for twelve hours a day, four days a week.. had bed bugs in her home. There was one crawling on her couch and I called my company because I didn't have the money to treat my house. My boss told me she thought I was lying.

Axonius: Axonius is full of inexperienced managers, but because they are managers they believe that they don't need to learn anything else. Trying to do a good job here is pointless, directors of engineering don't know anything about it and will be easily offended if you propose something better. Terrible.
Ecolab: The company offers a nice upfront training program for new employees. However the day it ends they are tossed to wolves under a management team who has never done their job and cannot provide further field training. This creates a huge knowledge gap in the field that propagates into compounded issue

I left 3 years later and they retaliated agaibst me, which led into job loss, health issues, family burdenshed, and drastic financial loss. I never received anything due to their legal corruption!
