What started out as an inspiring start-up has turned into corporate bland culture.

Every interaction I've had has been kind, though I have not had very many. I wish there was more training & an official meet and greet with my team. It's a season of change.

VillageMD: Hire real nurses with real world experience to provide support and education to clients. Medical Assistants are valued as techs. MA perform vital signs and lab draws but RN should be making the assessments with a holistic approach. RNs have the education to educate. LVNs are hands on skill educated.

Clover Health: To understand what is long-term goal of the company in its entirety. The greater mission is not to make money, but to provide care, and optimize patient care. Once that mission is aligned through out all departments, company will soar.
