OnSolve: A brief description of my overall experience at OnSolve would start by talking about how fulfilling it is. Then about how great the staff is. Followed by challenging the work is (somewhere between quite and not). Lastly, it would be described as fun most of the time.
OnSolve: I have enjoyed my experience at OnSolve so far. The people have been great which makes the day to day better. I am not optimistic about real opportunity to advance my career though.

OnSolve: The company used to be great and I was proud to be apart of it. Over the years with ELT changes things have gone down hill. ELT only sees what they want, are very defensive when offering suggestions, or they overall ignore the problems. Clients are leaving because the product is constantly crashing.
Underdog: Simply put, my time here at Underdog has exceeded expectations ten fold, and we're only getting started.

OnSolve: Coming up on nearly a decade of service to OnSolve. It's been a net positive. I feel valued for expertise, but also I get a chance to learn from people who genuinely care.
OnSolve: Challenging. It seems as though our executive team is very disconnected from the challenges that employees in the trenches/customer facing are experiencing. It seems like there is a denial about the issues we are experiencing as a company.
OnSolve: I think its great. I think the training process could be MUCH better but other than that its good
OnSolve: It's been a great experience - the excitement has worn off a bit now that I'm 2 years in but now I'm just part of the grind/proccess which I like. I'm comfortable here and get to continue learning/developing skills.
