Bungie: Their Customer Service is non existent. They have a Ticket system that can be automatically closed at any time. No real feedback is given and honestly it does not feel like the players are treated with any respect or dignity by the support team.

Zipcar: Zip car does not inspect their cars what so ever. My car had a flat i called to ask to send someone took 3 hours to get someone on the phone. With in the hours I ended up spending $60 out of my pocket to fix the flat tier that the car seemed to already have upon picking up.
