Instawork: Customer service is very robotic and unhuman. They treat us very unfair and everything is done the app when they need a custom service number with different chains of commandments.

Pilot: My overall experience at the company has been fantastic. Getting to start as one of the first team members in the data team has given me amazing opportunities to grow both as an engineer and a leader. My manager gives me and my team lots of freedom to do what we see fit.
