Interactions: It has been a great time so far. There is a lot of work to do to get our project up to the level that I would like it to be at, but the team seems capable and interested in making those improvements.

Syntellis: Came over two acquisitions ago and it is nice to see that under the new CEO this most recent one has been handled much better in terms of blending the cultures. Instawork: Customer service is very robotic and unhuman. They treat us very unfair and everything is done the app when they need a custom service number with different chains of commandments.

Pilot: My overall experience at the company has been fantastic. Getting to start as one of the first team members in the data team has given me amazing opportunities to grow both as an engineer and a leader. My manager gives me and my team lots of freedom to do what we see fit.
