MPW Industrial Services: Really good leadership. Company is in tough industries so the work can be hard but really rewarding. Good place to work with tons of opportunity but the work is physically demanding.

ElectroNeek: It's a start-up, so there aren't many processes that one can follow. The fast-paced environment I'm afraid only works one way: you had to adapt quickly to change but a promotion/salary increase can take months to happen (if you are in luck, they are usually rejected).

BlueRock Therapeutics: The recruitment process was initially touted as 'straight forward', however my experience was anything but. I was told that I was moving to the next round, interviews were scheduled & then subsequently cancelled without notice or reason. No answers even after multiple follow-ups. Disappointing.

Sunrise Banks: I like the work life balance that I have but feel there isn't enough PTO. I would like to be able to buy PTO. Pay is not good. I feel greatly underpaid which makes me feel greatly undervalued. The best reason to work here is to be able to work from home which gives me better work life balance.

Syntellis: I dont feel like i understand my job. Its got alot of tiny thinfs that are done specifically at this company and when i didnt get them right away i was put on a performance plan and i have had a hard time coming back from that
