VTX1 Companies: Overall, this is a good company with potential to be much better. Too many promotions are based on personal relationships and not actual work productivity. Women still lack the support and recognition they have earned.

indinero: For the past few years, it was great. More happy employees, more happy clients. However, currently, I feel disconnected from the top management and felt just a part of the workforce that needs to meet a quota. Looking forward for an improvement in valuing people in the company.
indinero: The company is great! The management listens and finds solutions. The culture is fun and young. The cross team collaboration is messy though. A lot of misunderstandings between teams that is still not yet ironed out after almost 5 years since acquisition of subsidiaries.
Branch: I am fairly new here but so far the executives, my management and team mates are all amazing to interact and work with. People are very open and you're always moving from one thing to the other so no time to waste on silly things. I am hoping things would get even better in the days to come!
