Golden Hippo: I give 9/10. I like the work, i like my coworkers, and the compensation has exceed expectations. Performance based compensation/promotions has it's drawbacks. Strong insecurity can take place if the economy turns, if things perform poorly outside your control, your gone. Hence 9/10.
