Atrium: Better compensation would make me feel more secure in my personal life. Atrium is Women Owned, but the comp isn't enough to support a single female, therefore, I don't feel empowered by my female CEO. More PTO days would be a benefit too since the job is stressful and effects my mental health often.
Ariat International: Excellent place with hard working associates
Safeguard Medical: Communication, leadership, strategy. Need to look beyond their own egos and look at the impact they have on the people lower down the food chain
Kraken: simplicity, trustworthy, good customer service

Atrium: It has been pretty good so far
Atrium: interacting and working with my team
Atrium: There tends to be a lot of favoritism, where rules do not apply to everyone across the board. Compensation package is below average for industry. Ability to keep culture involved by celebrating wins. Management at times is over worked and unavailable.
Atrium: While I feel challenged and empowered in my role, I don't feel that all leaders are held to the same standard. Loyalty often outweighs making the right decisions for our growing organization. I often see conflict between divisions.
Atrium: People are what make Atrium great. I am hopeful that leadership can step up the game when it comes to becoming an employer fo choice: salary transparency (before it's the law) and better benefits including continuing education reimbursement.
Atrium: I have had an overall great experience.
Atrium: Our leadership team is always open to listening and helping to troubleshoot a given problem.
Atrium: balanced work life with in a happy and challenging environment
Atrium: Great vibe and team, overall an enjoyable place to work. However the pay scale is not great and i think to retain team members and better our talent, we need to offer more competitive rates and bring our internal compensation up.
Firstup: Firstup is an amazing company!
Mythics, Inc.: @Recognizing the givers and not the takers. Practicing Honesty, Respect, and True Empathy.

Cresco Labs: The worst toxic work environment I have ever experienced.
IntelyCare: Good so far but I am a newer employee. The company needs proper parental leave. This survey could improve by also asking for constructive feedback instead of only positive feedback.

Recorded Future: Expertise and suite of services
Instawork: Minimum wage has provided yet the worker has to pay taxes and insurance and gas Etc a higher wage must be paid in order to be a subcontractor to make sense to work this feels like a robbery

Backblaze: Backblaze has been refreshing change from the past few companies I have worked for.

Panzura: Smart, talented people with great attitudes
Therapy Brands: The unlimited pto and the full salary compensation during maternity leave
Choice Home Warranty: The way they can improve? Shut their doors!
HRC Fertility: To improve, HRC could hire people that actually know how to communicate, don't make sloppy mistakes that compromise people's health, train their employees to be empathetic to patients, and treat patients who are going through infertility like humans and not like numbers to check off a list.
Fidelis Care: As a provider of services I have been struggling to get paid properly. Your claims department is unreachable and they have yet to fix the problem through your liaisons. They do not recognize authorizations that are in place, they pay sporadically and incorrectly and they reject constantly.
Instawork: At first it was a pleasure working for this company. Until they suspended my account because a supervisor at a job I was assigned to lied and said we were a No Show.
