Syntellis: My experience at the company has been great so far! The only thing i haven't been satisfied with is the "zoom out" day. This was introduced as an exciting perk when i went through my HR onboarding that I thought was great; however, it seems like noboby actually leaves that time free from meetings.

Novanta: Notoriously under-resourced, i.e. many employees work under high pressure, often preventing others from working efficiently. Inefficiently executed "matrix" structure and frequent changes of reporting lines blurr responsibilities and prevent accountability.

Instawork: So far I have been happy and love instaworks, but after today I'm disappointed. They show I have a low customer rating with no explanation when I work at my best each day. They have app issues where you clock in and an hour later they say you never clocked in. Then they suspend your account.
Boost Mobile: Customer service, Especially mine. I think the head of the company is not paying attention to his customer service and without customer service you have nothing and right now it seems you have nothing.

ICM Partners: This was the worst job of my life. Do not ever take it a job here. The agents are horribly nasty people who mentally, emotionally and physically abuse their assistants and anybody else who is considered lower than they are. There is no growth within the company. It is horrible.

Dollar Shave Club: over the years the customer service has slipped for great to the worst. You can not reach a live person to resolve issues. I will gladly pay more for a reasonable way to get help with the products. Very disappointing.

Clutter: There customer service is atrocious. The customer is not always right however when there are legitimate causes for concern, there should not be stock answers. Flexible responses and actions need to be a part of their repertoire of solutions and not the answer NO!!!!
Venmo: The biggest improvement should be how venmo is able to allow transactions to be completed even If there aren't funds in the account to cover the payment. Venmo is giving away money that isnt there then demanding the account holder pay them back while they have their account restricted.
Backblaze: It's been a great place to work with a great open door (both physical and virtual) policy that allows for problems to get solved quickly.

No stock or equity

I am stuck in the middle and feel that Choice really does not care about me as a customer. I just a tech to come out replace my pool pump.
