Chicken Salad Chick: The Hampton location should be closed. Staff is beyond rude. I read my order from the menu board, since she just didn't understand what I meant by a 'classic salad'. Choice Home Warranty: You think you have coverage but when you put in a claim most times they do not cover the problem and have to end up paying out of pocket to fix the issue.

Has GREAT manager-to-employee relationships the majority of the time, and rights wrongs pretty quickly. Is it perfect? No, but it's so good I want to stay until it gets there.
