Imprivata: I think that when I was hired, I was super excited to work here. Then, over the years, I've been stamped down by bad processes and mean people, seen so many people get fired or leave for better companies, and at this point, I don't feel my work has the same value that it once did. We need to change.
The Edge Fitness Clubs: The wide variety of weight machines, free weights and cardio equipment makes it easy to keep my body guessing when I work out
Imprivata: It is definitely the best company I have worked for. The culture is nice, the benefits are great, and the overall job is great. A little work is needed for the managers, though.
Imprivata: At first, Imprivata was great. However, the benefits are not great, the management ignores the feedback of employees, and there are no career opportunities. Everything is stagnant. Pay is mediocre.
Imprivata: Really love it here, only negative comment I have is about lack of internal opportunity or growth for the SDR team. Many of us are high performers and do not want to be in this role forever. There is not sales development being done and no stepping stone opps to move up. Hire a lot externally.

Imprivata: Overall experience is fantastic. Best company and job I have had in my career. Work-life balance has helped me care for my nana who suffered from dementia and passed away last year. I am now attending university for my Master's Degree in cybersecurity.
Imprivata: It's great. I do think though pay is something to be more transparent about as well as what's going on in C-Suite more often.
Imprivata: There are some organizations that get priority and others that are overlooked. Support never gets anything fun, we don't even get a team building experience, or the same perks as say, sales. Lots of work and very little thanks. It's mostly a blame game and support gets thrown under the bus a lot.
Imprivata: It hasn't been all bad, but over the last 6-10 mos it's felt the marketing team has been deteriorating as we're losing great talent due to poor leadership.
Imprivata: I feel like we are all growing up and learning from each of us. We are a really united team, but we still need to learn and accept that we need to collaborate with each other.

LoanCare: Loancare leadership as a company pigeon holes black employees in lower positions. All upper level management positions are reserved for Caucasians. Just look at their key executives. Black employees with higher degrees and experience will be lucky if you get an interview.

CarGurus: CarGurus has the best onboarding program I have ever experienced or heard about. The training provided allows employees to get up to speed quickly and the collaboration between colleagues is very helpful. The perks (office, free lunch, events) are a great way to balance out the hard work too.
