Hoshizaki America: My overall experience has been very good and a good place to work
GES: A bit more transparency about pay.
Hoshizaki America: The VP of Finance's management style suggests she views employees as expendable. She often gives incorrect information and, when corrected, does not respond or gives misleading follow-ups. Allowing others to quit and she remains employed is discouraging. She does not embody ETDBW or TCTC.
Hoshizaki America: They make me feel Valued, Heard, and appreciated

Consumer Cellular: data downloads are not tracible
Hoshizaki America: Great environment, awesome coworkers and supervisors.
Hoshizaki America: The Compensation is not competitive enough compared to other opportunities available and tasks that I work on everyday.
Hoshizaki America: First, I would say that this is probably the best company in regards to benefits that i have ever worked. Secondly I would say that it is hard to get things fixed, replaced or purchased due to the purchasing process. Thirdly, I feel that there is a slight disconnect between exec team and Mfg team.
Hoshizaki America: Good so far! I do wish I'd get feedback more often since I am still pretty new to the industry and workforce. But I like working here, i definitely see myself here for a long run because of my team and the kind of work I do.
Alkami Technology: Overall very nice, but given the high cost of living and my experience level, along with needing to do other teams' jobs, mostly due to under-staffing, I feel I ought to be paid more

Hoshizaki America: The team is joy to work with.
Hoshizaki America: Good opportunity to advance my career
Hoshizaki America: Great company, benefits, and opportunities. Lacking in structure and consistency. The leaders could take a moment to recognize talent, competency, and potential. Especially those eager to expand their career with Hoshizaki. Tenure shouldn't be a factor when the results speak for itself.
Hoshizaki America: it has its ups and downs. Mostly just want to work from home as I have proven to work better and be more efficient at home than at the office.
Hoshizaki America: Knowing that I can provide for my family
Hoshizaki America: The leadership team welcomed me with open arms! They have been helpful and made me feel comfortable. They've made it super easy to learn about the new role Couldn't have asked a better leadership team than the one I've been introduced to!
DigitalOcean: Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful
MedMark Services: Medmark is supposed to be a place they reward patients who have long term sobriety/recovery, but instead they come up with new rules all the time and make hoops for the patients to jump through in order for the patients to obtain "take-home medications". This place really doesnt want a pt to succeed
Alkami Technology: Amazing! Very proud to be an Alkamist. I have never worked at a company where the strategic directives are so clear and have the support to accomplish them.
LifeLock: VERY poor customer service. Arcane way of trying to add new service to service already established. Turned to an awful afternoon and caused me to cancel service. If they cannot add a new service to my Life Lock, why would I think that they are able to monitor my security?

Bonnell Aluminum: The interactions with people below management level
Alkami Technology: Overall, this has been a positive experience.

Southside Bank: Commitment to excellence, integrity, customer service.
Alkami Technology: They are not afraid of embracing change.
Alkami Technology: People culture is great on the fluffy stuff - swag, events, etc. and teammates are kind. But, actual collaboration to solve difficult problems is political, self preservation mode. This stems from CEO pressure on ELT and down. Need true collaboration, trust, support to solve hard things together.
Alkami Technology: It has been an amazing company to work with, hard to imagine ever leaving
Alkami Technology: It's a good company with great people. The employee stock purchase plan is great. The 401k is very bad compared to other companies. The work is fun and exciting.
Alkami Technology: I think the company itself is fantastic. We're going through huge changes though that is putting a lot of pressure on folks around the company, and we're having difficulty navigating it, but I have faith it'll all work out in the end.
Alkami Technology: My experience at Alkami has been an interesting road coming from an acquired company. Alkami Technology: The leaders here are very transparent and helpful!
Alkami Technology: It started out great. I loved working here and bragged about the company. After surprise layoffs in 2 separate departments over 2 years though, and cost cutting techniques occurring, all after new management came in, I dread the day I come in to work to find I have been laid off despite my hard work
Alkami Technology: Alkami is a company with great opportunities, and is going through a time of needed maturation to unlock those. Day to day dynamics can feel a bit chaotic given pace of change, but I am motivated by the challenge of striving to reach our potential

Alkami Technology: I've never given a bad review of Alkami until the last two years since bringing on a new CTO and all his upper management buddies. They're out of touch and don't understand our platform. There's no open dialog. It now constantly feels like our jobs are at risk and almost all the engineers feel this

My current manager is really good and I understand what I am doing as it contributes to the bigger picture.
Alkami Technology: Everyone is very helpful and knowledgable.
Alkami Technology: Acquired by larger company twice, fairly rocky process of integrating two times in 2 years but have since found a rhythm

Alkami Technology: My experience with Alkami is very positive so far
Alkami Technology: Challenging and rewarding work with the ability to positively impact our clients through continuous improvement and maturing processes.
Physicians Mutual Insurance: For seniors on fixed income price is getting to high.I plan on checking with other seniors to see if they have a lower priced product with same coverage .
Alkami Technology: Used to be an incredible company. Everyone cared about helping everyone (internally and externally) being successful. Now it feels a bit like an abusive relationship. Hoping to get a speck of appreciation or recognition. The culture here is toxic in a way I never thought possible.
Alkami Technology: I have only been here for a brief period of time, but I feel like I was immediately welcomed into the fold. I feel like I've known my teammates for years, and everyone is so impossibly nice and willing to help - you don't just find that at every company.

Nightingale College: Outstanding teamwork and culture. I completely enjoy working with my team. We problem-solve effectively as a team and leadership is so supportive.
Alkami Technology: Alkami has a bunch of talented employees, but upper/middle management wants it all (between cost, speed, and quality) and doesn't value their current employees. They say they value employees but their actions show the direct opposite and imply they want cheap, expendable employees.
Alkami Technology: We're always able to make time to answer questions.

Alkami Technology: Alkami is, by far, the best company I've ever worked for. The team is A+, we are the best positioned to succeed, and we have built a reputation for keeping our customers happy.
