Flexible/Unlimited PTO that isn't given on a monthly basis. Don't abuse it, get your job done, and you can reasonably use it without doing monthly math about how much PTO you can use.

There's always incentives to use new tools and try new ways to figure out issues. Also, I enjoy the Slack channels as they're pretty light in terms of conversation, even when dealing with critical issues. We solve the problems, don't point figures too much and keep it impersonal.
