Decsion are not in favor of employees and makes it unhappy of the events. Overall I like the company and love work on it.

Integral Ad Science: Prior to sale rumors, I was happy and proud to work at IAS. A sale seems like a failure of the company that will result in layoffs and decrease in compensation (loss of unvested options)

I like the autonomy and my work/life balance but the things that frustrate us never seem to get addressed and I feel more and more undervalued.

Ivalua: First of all, I believe that the Ivalua product is a customization differential in the procurement market and that it really does make a difference to clients' daily lives. Working here I feel like I'm constantly evolving, learning every day from my colleagues and from the different opportunities.
Integral Ad Science: Overall, I love the people and the work that I get to take part in. Our Product and ENG team works extremely fast. However, I feel like we build to client specific use cases too much instead of focusing on how we can better compete in market. I think there needs to be a better balance between them.
Integral Ad Science: Some very big positives (already mentioned). Overall, the course of the company is very volatile. Distinct rumors of the upcoming acquisition. Management attrition. Lack of vision and roadmaps, especially around how to better compete in the market and put the stock on the upward trajectory.

iRobot: Customer service is non existent. I have been transferred to upper level agents who ask for the same photos already sent. There is a huge delay in response from them, and when they respond they are unable to help. The quality of their projects is unexpectedly low and the support offered is lower
