I would feel better if a bonus structure was communicated when goals are met. Also, dont feel fairly compensated compared to other simlar jobs in the market.

I am fascinated with Fintech so just being able to work at Alkami is overall great. Interacting with our clients is also awesome and seeing how they grow with us.
