Interacting within the sales process. This industry is often forgotten about and left behind. Our products naturally pull forward our client base, however there is resistance to change. My favorite part is bringing customers along and seeing the inflection point of that change happen.
The belief we are doing the right things all the time shines through even in tough quarters (for sales). Many cultures would blame the reps and ignore conditions (macro, product) but I think the execs remove all of that and simply keep the messaging on what we can control. That empowers positivity
The process is blurry and gray. Legacy Alkamist's have operated as lone wolves and been very good at getting us here. As we continue to evolve their needs to be a retraining that you have experts in various practice areas that are all focused on our shared goals and enable that collaboration.
