Varsity Tutors: I barely had to interview. The person I spoke to over the phone for my "interview" didnt ask me any questions and was prepared to offer me the job within like 5 minutes. The interviewer did make some promises around schedule flexibility that that did not end up being true at all.
Varsity Tutors: I reported a false deduction from my account, only to be unfairly unsubscribed from opportunities. Recently, I was falsely informed of my contract termination. I, along with other tutors, have compiled evidence of these issues, highlighting scripted responses and a lack of accountability.

Profits are prioritized for growth needs & new hires not rewarding the staff. ESOP is nice but KPAS are not realistic. Variable pay is basically 30% real // 70% hype.

CRITICALRIVER INC.: After off-boarded in CriticalRiver directly into nightshift with no project just as a shadow wasted my time with no proper guidance then morning shift helps me to work with coworkers to gain some knowledge, I am the only one in entire DoorDash project worked most in Nightshift reason I don't know.
