Has no clue what's really going on but will tell you when you're speeding when in reality you're not.

Radiance Technologies: The only complaint I can possibly levy against the company is how the leave policy is crafted - all leave [holidays, vacation, and sick time] are one lump sum. It is my opinion that in doing so, employees are encouraged to work during holidays and when they are sick. Otherwise, Radiance is great!

With meetings that are valuable, small gifts throughout the year for employee appreciation, and a platform that is stellar to be part of Alkami is the best place to be. Hoshizaki America: overwhelming when end of the month's arrives, training needs so much improvement and not expecting new employees to just know.
Hoshizaki America: Cost of living where the DC is located is not taken into consideration - we get paid by GA standards which are extremely lower. Also, new employees are brought in at higher pay, to do the same job, than the pay that employees who have already been working hard for Hoshizaki for years are getting.
