KUBRA: My experience at the KUBRA has been mixed. While I appreciate the opportunities for professional development, collaborative spirit, and flexibility for work-life balance, I often feel that my role lacks meaningful engagement. My disability is looked down upon and actions by PX support that, including trying to force me out of the company. It's unlawful and seemed like the "easy route"

The only time I hear from Gothenburg is about cost control. We have been in last place in JDP IQS since 2016. Apparently this is acceptable.

We see sometimes that there is a gap between the customer and sales/delivery team where we are not sure how long we have when a project starts or ends. I feel this is the major room to improvement.
CRITICALRIVER INC.: Company need to focus on bringing more clients, in some domain there are no new clients. When company is asking to leave company due to lack of project it reflect negative on social media/job platform reviews and eventually hit company with -tv.

KUBRA: The company is setup for success and has great potential but I feel it is focusing on rebuilding on products from past which is good but the keeping same features is quite limiting in my opinion. We can do so much more with what we have we can be bit more ambitious and build products for future.
