Hoshizaki America: It is a mixed bag. The pay is good, the base schedule is good. The company does invest in internal promotions. But I don't feel the higher level management is personally invested in the day to day success of the teams, or in fostering a productive and cooperative culture.

AEVEX Aerospace: My leadership has invested in developing my understanding of new roles given to me. Their support and belief in my abilities to continuously improve is evident. It is nice to be somewhere that hard work is recognized and rewarded; downside is taking over unfair workload.

There were plenty of the older generation that hold on to the tribal knowledge and are set in their way of doing things, but that is going away.
