It's almost like a second family. Everyone is busy focused on getting the job done. I like seeing the people regularly even when it gets hard sometimes. We eventually get through it together.

They work with integrity. They all work honestly without trying to shortcut the process. Also nobody is trying to outshine the other or backstab. We are all focused on trying to reduce defects

The open-door policy I have with them. If time permits, all managers seem to welcome input and answer questions if they are not busy. Even then, they try to get back with you. It's reassuring knowing that I can count on them to guide me.

When I discover an issue that led to a defect, contain it, and work with the team to prevent its reoccurrence. Just knowing that my job as a Quality Engineer is to help protect Hoshizaki's reputation is a fulfilling challenge that I like trying to conquer every day.

The open door policy where I can go to any of the managers in my chain of command and speak about work issues like we are all on the same level even though I know we are on slightly different levels. I am given good enough directions and if I have questions there is no hesitation to ask questions.
