More knowledge of the job and people. Need more support for the team. Need more unity and consistency. We need more training time for new people on the floor. Not a two or three days training.

I feel undervalued because the results of my work is used across companies, but I am not recognized for the impact.
Working on the assembly line should at least be paid 25 a hour from jump start. Being paid more.
Because I do a lot and get paid the least I have to work overtime just to catch up.
I do alot of work and had been working here since 1998 . I should be making way over$30 base pay
If I was compensated for doing mine and other people's duties. We don't have enough staff for the work load.

Stop complaining and learn a better work ethic. Stop socializing too much.

Well although I am not typically excited about going to work developing and seeing growth in my team makes me happy.

The 10 hours needs to go back to 8 hours
Optics of office people still working remote or coming late even though President mandated return to work procedure in Jan.
Would like to just work the four ten hour days only.
upper management need to do a better job planning for today's production or production for the week
Equipment quality is horrible. Rumors of jobs being cut or farmed out.
