What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are here and approachable
that its room to grow

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus on other parts of the business beside sales
More knowledge of the job and people. Need more support for the team. Need more unity and consistency. We need more training time for new people on the floor. Not a two or three days training.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
i can not pick one
The bonus incentive plan offered
the cost is very good
insurance related benefits and lunch subsidy
It is a great benefit package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the results of my work is used across companies, but I am not recognized for the impact.
Working on the assembly line should at least be paid 25 a hour from jump start. Being paid more.
Because I do a lot and get paid the least I have to work overtime just to catch up.
I do alot of work and had been working here since 1998 . I should be making way over$30 base pay
If I was compensated for doing mine and other people's duties. We don't have enough staff for the work load.
What are some of the best things about your team?
problem solving and celebrating success
The best thing about my team is that we are resilient, dependable, and dedicated to our jobs.
That no matter what we have going on, we always come together as a team

We work well together as a team despite our boss trying to micro manage.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be held accountable and work on problem solving and critical thinking skills.
They need to stopp complaining about everything .help each other out on there job
Working together as a team and to help one another out
Stop complaining and learn a better work ethic. Stop socializing too much.
A small percentage of my coworker need to carry their own load and everyone need to be accountable for what they do
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
come to work, do your job, go home. Work life balance.
Diversity, and family feel environment
I can voice my opinion and share ideas. Employee recognition and growth.
we have a little of all races on my line but you can't tell cause we all look at each other like family.
everybody is fine with everything
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The way we are evaluated for our raises. The supervisor could be more supportive of the coordinators.
start back having open discussion with the employees

What makes you most happy at work?
Solving daily machine related issues
Interacting with employees and developing employees
Well although I am not typically excited about going to work developing and seeing growth in my team makes me happy.
sending good ice machines out of here and making the number.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The 10 hours needs to go back to 8 hours
Optics of office people still working remote or coming late even though President mandated return to work procedure in Jan.
Would like to just work the four ten hour days only.
upper management need to do a better job planning for today's production or production for the week
Equipment quality is horrible. Rumors of jobs being cut or farmed out.
