The bonus incentive plan offered
Health insurance for my family
quarterly bonuses and health insurance
Review from Engineering Dept
the cost is very good
I like the profit share bonus that are paid out throughout the year and our options for medical coverage. Although I would hope that weight loss drugs will be included in our medical formulary in the near future.
Solid base pay with bonus

My Bonus and the PTO
Bonuses are the best part of the compensation package.
The insureance however the more we depend on AI the harder it is to get things done.
We are very good conversation package
insurance related benefits and lunch subsidy
The health benefits and kind caring employees.
We receive really good health insurance
Medical Benefits are very good with Hoshizaki
Review from Sales Dept
401k and medical benefits stand out most
I consider it a combination of medical, management, and work structure for my role and goals. A+
Review from Sales Dept
Bonus amounts are generally a high percentage of the potential and are consistent year-to-year
Review from Engineering Dept
I feel undervalued because the results of my work is used across companies, but I am not recognized for the impact.
I feel my contributions are being undervalued because of my level of experience.

more base pay more bonus
Review from Sales Dept
I have had exemplary reviews for 20 years and only one wage increase above the standard 3%.
I have been here a long time and don't get the recognition for what I know and contribute to the company.
A little more will work
The company needs to look around and compare rates from other companies in the area! I have YEARS of service, and I can find a higher paying job doing less!
been with the company for over 10y and feel under valued in my pay for the amount of importance i bring to my department.
Working on the assembly line should at least be paid 25 a hour from jump start. Being paid more.
Compensation is not aligned with market value, experience, or contributions. Internal inconsistencies suggest pay is not always reflective of role or performance. A more equitable, transparent structure aligned with market rates would improve this.
Review from Marketing Dept
Treat me as a human & appreciate all that i bring to the company.
Compensation doesn't account for cost of living differences across locations. Geographic pay adjustments and added benefits like stock options, for example, would help greatly.
The pay is good but it's paid by more of whom you know instead of what you do and know
We are below industry standards
I do not feel undervalued, however, with the amount of responsibilities that have been added to my plate, along with the experience and skillsets that are brought to the table, it would be fair to state that being underpaid is an understatement.

Too much workload for my position
Review from HR Dept
Worked aren't held accountable or encouraged to show initiative and responsibility. The work loads aren't equal and the compensation isn't enough for daily 10 hour days. Overall base pay has increased but has been entirely low for too long and still hasn't matched the economy.
Because I do a lot and get paid the least I have to work overtime just to catch up.
I do alot of work and had been working here since 1998 . I should be making way over$30 base pay
If I was compensated for doing mine and other people's duties. We don't have enough staff for the work load.
