Stave the flow of immigrants hires. The language barrier creates problems in the training process that are easily absolve by hiring American workers. And it's beginning to show that the company is moving in a direction that is not favorable to its employees.
Less micromanaging and let people do the work you hired them to do.

Better pay and more communication.
A 40hr work week would be nice. Less schedule changes, so that we might get on schedule. Better communication between Production Control and Fabrication. Need to have total understanding of Sheet metals limits
start back having open discussion with the employees

The company is fine. Some departments seem to need more training.
Consider reality when committing to customer requests. We just say yes to everything and work people to death to meet the goal
Fairness, Organization, Cross-training, alternate Fridays off, honesty, the word "WE" should be mandatory in our department if you're a supervisor (we are ALL team members).
we need to have team recognition or individual recognition based on job performers
Like i was saying, hire people qualified for the job. Someone here was just hired that has zero work experience except for fast food.
More of a positive attitude for some people
We need to ensure that all departments are at full staff and are getting all expected work done while incentivising less overtime to ensure wotk is done within the 40 hour work week.
Actually get some Fridays off of work. Cut the schedule changes down to a minumum. All superisors and Superintendants need to be on the same page. Recently had a employee from the line working in sheet metal and within a day she made a comment about how stressfull it is in the dept.
Managerial training for supervisors should be mandatory, and a more severe system of correcting supervisors who are incapable of 'staying in their lane' and have a tendency to go rogue in spite of clear instructions from their superiors. A bad shift supervisor makes the whole team look bad.
To work on WORK/LIFE balance because ever since y'all forced us to go to "4 days 10 HRS" and "OCCIDENTAL FRIDAYS", we have been working every single Friday for the last 3 years now, and our superintendent is forcing some employees to work 12 hrs a day threatening to fired them if they don't comply.
