morale is very low. When I started it was a 10/10. now1/10
the managers have me questioning a lot of things
pay attention to details inside the plant
completing task on time with good quality
communication and listen to the employee's concerns
Honesty and integrity, team building classes
The company gives a compensation package
Communication, accountability,honesty, integrity, leadership, constructive criticism
Their actions need to match the company's policies
treat everyone the same , do not discriminate
start back having open discussion with the employees

I go above and beyond.
Listening to the houly workers
company policies do not match the actions. Have some integrity
Management say one thing and does something completely different depending on who you are it should be equal for all races
Because i am commited to my job , and i always get overlooked when applying for a job, i feel stuck in the same position while i watch the same people getting promoted
