Leadership team is open to new ideas.
I, like the fact that my opion matters. And that i can work with my supervisor to achevie the defined goals.
On the floor leasership needs to be worked on in a big way.
The leadership team demonstrates empathy where needed and do everything in their power to facilitate a "Best Place to Work" mentality.
Allow people who actually care about their job to be in higher positions. Not just give them a title because of their employment length with the company. We need managers & coordinators who care about their team instead of causing corruption

Spending more time on the manufacturing observing and talking to worker about manufacturing difficulties from achieving production goals
The leadership team can improve on motivating their teams rather than beat them down managing through pressure and intimidation. They can also improve on the overall pay and promotions. In 2025 so far, the only people promoted in GFN reported to someone out of PTC. No one in GFN got promoted 2025.

My team is open and honest and willing to do whatever is asked. Each team member is vested in each other's success.
I, enjoy the culturs and the differnt people that I have the abilty to work with and learn from. Even if their is a langue barrier

Nothing you can do it's just a job.
I believe a rotation should be put into place. Some employees are too close to supervisors and have special treatment.
They need to start working as a team instead of trying to dump work on others just ao they can talk to somebody
stay focus on their job task to prevent defects and quality concerns
every one takes responsibility for their actions good or bad
We have a great moral but it's not always implemented
There are a few positive employees and a few that try to motivate others
Interaction with employees has been very positive, they are engaged, offer suggestions and supportive of management.
Team environment, the team in Griffin feels they all win or lose as a team. Departments are not compartmentalized, the plant is one, not individual departments.
The abilty to move up and teach others things that have made me into the worker I am. And helping the younger generation learn work ethics.
This morning after coming off a plant shutdown April 2 and 6 we were told that the lines would be working Friday. Why the heck did we need to shut down. And the people that had to take PTO got screwed. they should be able to get that time back since it was forced on them. Total lack of Trust!
the culture in itself the moral is very low everyone is focus on a # and not focus on the people who actually do the job
A 40hr work week would be nice. Less schedule changes, so that we might get on schedule. Better communication between Production Control and Fabrication. Need to have total understanding of Sheet metals limits
More of a positive attitude for some people
Actually get some Fridays off of work. Cut the schedule changes down to a minumum. All superisors and Superintendants need to be on the same page. Recently had a employee from the line working in sheet metal and within a day she made a comment about how stressfull it is in the dept.

Im close to retirement so there is that.
Working towards a goal daily
Seeing the success of others, having team members take on new challenges and finding success.
The number of opportunities available, job is challenging and brings new opportunities each day.
The people, the benifits and lunch deals.
Knowing that no matter how much effort you put into your job, it's never going to be enough. Being asked to work on Saturday's and saying no and your made to feel as if your not a team player.
Just a couple of people have negative attitudes and the pay Pay needs to go up and I don't know what to say bout the people
Currently working a split shift and I have no life outside of work. Feel like i live here.
