What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I'm not sure. I try to soeak when spoken to. Come to work and go home

Most do not receive the proper orientation and and training before being dumped onto the production floor. Leaders are meant to lead, not act as babysitters and to be held accountable for untrained workers' mistakes. Also, certain managers show clear signs of.having held a management position.

Hold everyone accountable within the company

Pride in our workplace builds quality not only in our products but also the job that we do Together as a Team

I believe a rotation should be put into place. Some employees are too close to supervisors and have special treatment.

They are too set in their ways and not looking for continual improvement opportunities.

Working together as a team and to help one another out

understand that each person is trying to do their job and not working against the other person.

The problem as of late is that our Hispanic employee recruiters are only bringing in Hispanics and neglecting actual American workers who speak English, the national language. The language barrier is slowing production to a halt at times.

They need to be more proactive

stop playing games between departments. There is a silo mentality here that needs to be abolished.

They need to start working as a team instead of trying to dump work on others just ao they can talk to somebody

there are sub groups in our department and some salaried employees do not think they have to work as hard as I do.

It would be awesome if they quit and were replaced by more competent and friendly coworkers

slander/ attitude of daily operation. communication should be better

A small percentage of my coworker need to carry their own load and everyone need to be accountable for what they do

Stop complaining and learn a better work ethic. Stop socializing too much.
