When leadership fails your employees follow suit not to mention when you an array of various work ethic complied those that work always get devalued and those that skim by get off

Currently there is a language barrier and people can not be trained properly because of this.

My only coworker needs to get off her cell phone and do her job so we aren't constantly getting complaints from angry customers. But nobody will do anything about it.

Too many employees standing around talking and getting away with it on a daily basis. Supervisors and foreman are allowing it to happen and not doing anything about it!!!!!!!

They need to take the high school out of the workplace and bring more professionalism to the table, be more respectful of others and their accomplishments, when there is no competition in the workplace employees seem to work better as a team.

Keep the building cleaner by removing there trash

It would help if everyone treated everyone the same in a good way.

Coworkers are mostly lazy, not organized. We could work better together if my coworkers cared about their job.
