What does the leadership team need to get better at?

real world situations. real bugets. inventory needs.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 9 days ago

communication vs expectations need to be clear and current situations need to be a factor

Posted 9 days ago

Being in the market and understanding what is driving the market!

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 10 days ago

communication and working on similar goal and objectives

Review from HR Dept · Posted 10 days ago

Flexibility regarding scheduling & work from home when verifiable extenuating circumstances arise; pay rates need to catch up to the cost of living; managers need to be more engaged with their employees, provide feedback more frequently than just annual performance evals; more honesty/transparency.

Posted 10 days ago

Get back to wanting to be the best place to work. Care about work/life balance for their employees and cut out retaliation for reporting issues, medical problems, not being part of the clique.

Letting us work hybrid during this time when gas is extremely high and the president did send out an email during our hybrid year that we broke records.

Training the individuals that show up on time everyday and display a degree of both aptitude and work ethic

Empathy. Listening to middle managers and actually acting upon that information.

inventory levels and product availability

Review from Sales Dept

Communicating directly with employees when they can.

Review from Sales Dept

They lack empathy, that is, putting themselves in the shoes of others and that they value the effort we make to achieve the objectives, or perhaps a thank you for your effort!!

Listening to the staff at the DC level and caring about their concerns. We have had leadership visitors who would rather hide in the conference room rather than engage with the employee's and what is happening. PSS HAVE PARTS AVAILBLE ALL THE TIME!

The leadership needs to do a better job of communicating changes and expectations from those changes, across the board. Also, money can be saved by eliminating unnecessary travel and expensing vs actual operationally needed travel across sales/operations/executive leadership.

Getting to know the employees

Our hybrid work results proved we can perform our jobs effectively without constant in-person supervision. Our CEO even recognized our record-breaking year during that time, demonstrating that productivity and success are driven by results, not physical presence.

Review from Sales Dept

Talking to their team. Having standards and upholding them.

Listening to employees when they need help

Communicate with individual employees and hear their concerns! No HR representation for the DC's.
