Hiring qualified people from within, not DEI morons who cannot form a coherent sentence and lack critical knowledge about our products and how they are assembled.

More knowledge of the job and people. Need more support for the team. Need more unity and consistency. We need more training time for new people on the floor. Not a two or three days training.

Most do not receive the proper orientation and and training before being dumped onto the production floor. Leaders are meant to lead, not act as babysitters and to be held accountable for untrained workers' mistakes. Also, certain managers show clear signs of.having held a management position.

Stave the flow of immigrants hires. The language barrier creates problems in the training process that are easily absolve by hiring American workers. And it's beginning to show that the company is moving in a direction that is not favorable to its employees.
Less micromanaging and let people do the work you hired them to do.

Better pay and more communication.
A 40hr work week would be nice. Less schedule changes, so that we might get on schedule. Better communication between Production Control and Fabrication. Need to have total understanding of Sheet metals limits

The executive team speaks a lot but there is no execution. Company gives in to the customers and this in turn is the reason why the company is not meeting the financial goals stated in Allan's year end message.

Management is lacking qualification in many areas, most don't know to approach the position without using hostility towards the people actually doing the work. Our own has been cited on harassment complaints multiple times and has yet to change his attitude in spite of being told to do so by HR
Leadership says they care about the people but you do see favortism within the company
