Directly communicating to the DC's. There has never been an opportunity to discuss what we need to do to improve customer service or other issues pertaining to the DC's.
Visiting the DC's and sitting down with individual employees to express their concerns and suggestions without retaliation.
Communicating a clear message, treating employees better. Personally I believe they only see us as tools.

I have had exemplary reviews for 20 years and only one wage increase above the standard 3%.
We are below industry standards
Individual compensation should be merit based and not the standard 3% increase.
Compensation is held to the lower end of the scale for my position, here and Industry wise. would like to see this reviewed. My Director is not taking full advantage of the Ice Breaker program for his direct managers.
A million dollars, just kidding. As you know and I am sure you are in the same boat. Getting tougher to keep up with inflation. I would love to advance in this company, not sure how to show my value other than always showing up, treating our customers as I would be treated

I am able to brain storm and branch out with ideas

Helping customers/techs resolve issues with their machines.
Poor quality of products. Poor new hires. Concise communications are rare. HR is nonexistent in the DC's. Need to improve quality. Better communication (in person) from corporate. Better corporate support to the DC's.
No structure, management oblivious to issues in the DC. Inconsistent coaching and discipline.
