They are open to listen and they are personable, they know a lot of people by name.
The fact that they keep the company successful, profitable, and out of debt.
Intelligent people who make decisuons based on data and experience. No "fly by the seat of your pants" decision making.
How personably they are. They lead by supportive leadership, not servant leadership. They prioritize empowerment over authority, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and clearing barriers.
They're running the company successfully.
I feel like I am a number and not a person
Replace Allan Dziwoki as a leader
Understand that some employees were hired with the expectation of working a hybrid schedule and some would have chosen employment elsewhere if that wasn't going to be a perk that remained. If this was a perk that was not meant to be permanent, this should have been communicated when hired.
Show more appreciation to the employees. A former company I worked for stated in the cultural values that the Employees are the Company's most valuable assets. I don't feel like Hoshizaki feels that way. The hire DHs that lack care for their employees. The DH can't even say "Good Morning".
Communication. I'd love to understand why a benefit to me (hybrid work) is being taken away. I was hired with this benefit, and now the company can just take that back? Not the best place to work if they continue to go back on their word all the time.
My Bonus and the PTO
Low health insurance premiums and the reimbursement part of the HRA option. And the life insurance!
For sure the Health Insurance
My portion of healthcare cost. Guaranteed bonus each year.
Paid a fair wage and the company takes care of its employees.
People have no idea what i do day in and day out. My job doesn't fit into a general description.
I feel that the merit increases are low and commensurate to the amount of work and productivity expected. The company could reenact telework which was a good perk.
The head of my department doesn't care abour her employees. She talks bad about them and doesn't support them. She is often rude and doesn't value them even though her employees work hard. She is the worst department head ever.
My job is not fairly compared to other similar jobs. Our software is so out of date and requires 3 times the effort for work. It is horrible.
We compensate and enable incompetency rather than dealing with the issue. More concerned about employees giving negative reviews and will give more compensation to people that are c players instead of exiting them from the organization.
Collaboration, engagement, support, team work and respect!
Very collaborative, willing to help, join in on an issue, great sense of humor.
Great team collaboration, communication, and experience. Everyone is willing to help out if you are stuck or cannot figure something out. Many years of IT knowledge and experience to go around.
humble, collaborative, and hard working.
Open interaction and a fun work environment
Hold everyone accountable within the company
there are sub groups in our department and some salaried employees do not think they have to work as hard as I do.
Employees needed to be treated fairly. Also, the whole team should not be punished for the few that do not do their jobs.
Managers should not be putting people down or making fun of others. Their job is to encourage and uplift and be non biased. They should not be talking to other employees about co workers.
Management club, the culture over all I think needs to improve,
The encouragement to learn, to grow, to participate in activites
Easy going group of people
Thankfully DEI less prevalent than other companies. Employee focused.
Can do attitude and strive to meet our goals as a team.
Interdepartmental collaboration, instead of the "It's not my department's job, we've never done it" mentality.
All members of leadership should be aligned with the culture initiatives and show support in them.
Most of Sr. leadership needs more education in leadership.

the feeling that, what I do, contributes to the company success.
Accomplishing something, which I do plenty of, and am grateful for it.
I like my VP and coworkers. The collaborative natural of our dept.
Collaborative and great people. Enjoy interacting with my teammates.
Helping others and having a great team within the dept.
The employee morale is very low. It feels fractured and most employees are not happy.
Leaders have a lot to learn. Stop leading with an Iron Fist and listen to your employees and their feedback. Allow Hybrid work when applicable. There is no reason to take away this benefit that cost the company zero dollars when it is so important to many of us.
The Department Head is terrible leader and has multiple complaints and HR doesn't do anything to change the low morale in the department and so it continues and morale is low.
Too many little cliques and fake personalities
HR allows bullying. The VP of Finance is a terrorist and should have been fired MONTHS ago - she bullies dozens of people in Corporate and the DCs. Loyal long-term workers are not valued but this one new awful person is. It's a terrible shame.
