Working towards getting the company back to where it once was, meeting sales and profitability without the month end fire drills
They are supportive, understanding and knowledgeable. I appreciate that their goals are so aligned with my own skill set and I feel like I am ramping up after being here for almost a month.
Provide HR to the DC's at least twice a year. Quality assurance needs to be retained. We don't need a machine for every purpose on the planet. The DC's need to pay more!
Communication, stop telling us what they think we want to hear. Start treating us like people versus pawns.
Actual leadership and stop treating us like pawns.
Actual leadership and not micromanagement

I like the profit share bonus that are paid out throughout the year and our options for medical coverage. Although I would hope that weight loss drugs will be included in our medical formulary in the near future.
Health Care benefits along with the cost to the employee
We have a great insurance company
That 90% of the insurance premiums are paid for by the company and the opportunity for a discretionary bonus annually.
Minimal cost to the employee for health care. Bonus structure is fair.
The company needs to look around and compare rates from other companies in the area! I have YEARS of service, and I can find a higher paying job doing less!
Compensation doesn't account for cost of living differences across locations. Geographic pay adjustments and added benefits like stock options, for example, would help greatly.
This position is grossly underpaid for the demographic location we're in. If I didn't have savings I couldn't even afford a studio apartment on the pittance you pay us.
Given my years of experience, I thought my starting salary was low. Also, for the work they do, my team is drastically underpaid. For my role and my teams role, remote work or a combination of hybrid would be a huge benefit given gas prices and inflation.
The current medical insurance plan is difficult to use, as many doctors do not accept Cigna, making it hard to find a PCP.Our workload often requires more staffing than similar roles, while other companies offer monthly incentives ($300–$700),remo

less talk and more work
Do your jobs and keep busy!
There is no comradery or excitement to work together

Easy to do business with program is awesome and allow the team to recognize others to the company.
The compensation and the favoritism.

Succeeding, doing a good job and seeing my hard work pay off
I'm motivated by the opportunity to perform and be recognized for hard work daily. Contributing to process improvements and better communication within our organization brings me great satisfaction.
Being able to meet customer expectations and solving problems quickly and efficiently.
When I am able to do my job without being called on to do the job of others
That there is a lot of work to do that is time sensitive, yet the environment doesn't feel like chaos. The people in my building are very supportive.
Better PAY and better PAY!!!
Again, pay us better. Treat us like humans and not pawns in a game of chess you can just play with at will.
The hour commute is way to long to got to work hybrid work would be very beneficial especially for the gas prices right now. Also would be very convenient if we had a mini gym to distress or a bendy machines.
Quality of product....better quality control
