Overall, the company is a great company to work for if you ask a million people certain question and you'd get similar answers as mine because it's human nature to find all the bad and look past the good in things

I like the job.. its the best hours, you go in do your work and go home..

My experience has been wonderful!;It would be nice to have more PTO as an employee that has been here for over 2 years. Also, I would very much like to move up in the Co. , but am not sure how to do so. Also, employees on the far side of the building do not get to be involved in many activities.

After working in factories for the last 15 years. I can confidently say this is the best company I have ever worked for.

Their personality is awesome! My direct supervisor speaks to us with a level of respect. I have seen some that get real nasty towards employees so it is refreshing to have such a great supervisor!

They work with you sometimes

Exec team is cut off from production. Leaders need to ensure systems are being utilized, such as there's little to no follow through and no accountability w/ Kaizen. Employees aren't heard or treated w/ equality & are blocked from changing jobs w/in the company. Sheet metal need leadership training!

Better work environment, not so hostile.

Being on one accord as a company

End the Political System it's corrupt. Some people can tell the difference between good leadership between an arrogant boss.

The pay is good but it's paid by more of whom you know instead of what you do and know

I go overboard to perform my duties and help others and also when others are absent i fill in for them.I feel i deserve at least a lil more money for all the duties i fill

What would make compensation better is if I wasn't paid the 10th percentile of my job description. I think if the company valued reasonable compensation and brought salaries to average compensation they would retain employees better.

The insentive pay actually makes the compensation much better, but the base pay is a little low. Considering the cost of living, wages should be slightly higher.

Because of points i had due to being out and my fmla was approved but had to go back and get them taking offf but in the meantime my evalution came and now i feel they didn't give me the correct evaluation die to those points

Base pay for hourly workers

Ergonomics needs to be researched. Most employees in my department have feet problems because we stand with majority of weight on 1 foot for 10 hours a day in same spot. Follow through w/ Kaizen, treat people fairly. Sheet metal needs warehouse system.We have to search for parts bc no system/staging
