They allow me to explore directions that will not only benefit Hoshizaki but also directions that I'm interested in, they listen and consider out of the box methods for improvement.

Listen to the employes about recommendations and follow thru. Also, stop micro managing.

Communication honesty Integrity transparency there's a lot of politics going around. Leaders are using intimidation tactics threaten other workers not to talk to other workers about wrong doing in the building. leaders are not here for the people they are here for their pocket.
Listen to complaints, act on them and not play favorites.

Don't feel I get paid for all the work I do
The work I do is very important, and I don't feel fairly compensated when I see new employees earning more than me because they receive a benefit I can no longer have.
My time is not valued as it comes to notification of overtime. I think that the pay we recieve with the insentive of attendance should be our base pay
