They are always willing teach and help with anything.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lead by example and hold people accountable
Listen to the employes about recommendations and follow thru. Also, stop micro managing.
respect for older people !
Communication honesty Integrity transparency there's a lot of politics going around. Leaders are using intimidation tactics threaten other workers not to talk to other workers about wrong doing in the building. leaders are not here for the people they are here for their pocket.
Listen to complaints, act on them and not play favorites.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Don't feel I get paid for all the work I do
The work I do is very important, and I don't feel fairly compensated when I see new employees earning more than me because they receive a benefit I can no longer have.
yes I feel undervalued and if I was paid according to my knowledge and skill, not based on if my supervisor likes me
My time is not valued as it comes to notification of overtime. I think that the pay we recieve with the insentive of attendance should be our base pay
Yes I feel undervalued black opportunities leaders want you to stay in the position they they're comfortable with you doing or a position that you produce a lot and they don't want to lose their production so they hold you back I need to get paid more per hour less restriction more open communicatio

It's like living in a small town where everyone knows what we are here for and mostly everyone is good with that
We all work together to complete or task and keep our work area organized.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
its starts with the training that the company provides
communication is always #1 for my team
take more pride in what they are doing. we can work together by having better communication.
communication and taking pride in the work they do, also have a since of urgency can't always put off tomorrow what can be done today. things will get better with better communication.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody that's been here 3 or more years seems to like it here and care about the place

Seeing a Change Request I submitted to poke yoke a known defect be implemented on an ice machine and see that it actually works :)

lots of favoritism shown throughout
