ADA policy & governing regs are NOT followed (disability accommodation). Documentation by drs & PX dismissed medical opinions & statements of fact. PX ultimatum of an unreasonable/ineffective "flexibility" or separation process. Result=Health declined & now risk stroke/heart attack every day onsite

The amount of vacation days.
The vehicle program, but the company needs to subsidize the lease car program to keep prices low. It should be a true benefit. If the company wants to really promote BEVs, the should be offered at deeply discounted prices and lease rates to employees.
If we include the CBV program, I would highlight that as our best part. If not, I would choose our merit and bonus structure.
The 401K match is excellent
I have to choose between my mental & physical health or keeping my job w/risk of death weekly. I am protected by ADA but PX is violating. "Alternative accommodation" offered does not qualify as such as it is ineffective. Maintaining mental & physical health is more valuable than more monetary comp.
It is widely known and discussed that Volvo pays less that other Auto OEMs. At a certain point a choice must be made mission vs compensation.
For the amount of responsibilities I undertake, I am not compensated fairly. I was informed by by superiors and PX that I do not have enough time with the company to qualify for a higher pay even though I can tackle and accomplish tasks as well as an employee who has been with the company for years.
I would feel better if I was compensated appropriately in accordance with my skill level with my team. I have discovered that there are members in the department with less skills and knowledge that are compensated better.

Experience and expertise in different areas / diversity in experiences and knowledge makes us stronger as a whole. I value some supportive team members who really care about my & others' wellbeing. Team workload is far too heavy, so limited opportunity to build trust and extend help to others.

I would think more focus would be highly beneficial to the team. I believe we could work better together if we had better direction on how to utilize our time when many things need to be completed.

My experience getting to know one of my Swedish counterparts (virtually), learning about their culture and values, sharing knowledge, ideas, and discovering commonalities, and creating one of the best, trusting, working relationships/friendships I've experienced. We learn a lot from each other.

I am most happy at work when I see our team overcome the challenges were faced with. When put in a difficult spot, achieving our goals regardless of the roadblocks is satisfying.

We need to make cars that customers want, not make cars that we think they want. What works in Europe does not work in the US.
All work requests should be funneled through our manager since he has the most knowledge of our workloads. Often upper management will bypass the proper channels and send us scrambling with random requests. No one has enough time, and work is not prioritized well.
