The experience at the Sales company is good. I have worked in the USA, China and Gothenburg. All of the Regions feel that Gothenburg is slow to respond. The only time I hear from Gothenburg is about cost control. We have been in last place in JDP IQS since 2016. Apparently this is acceptable.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is excellent, quick to respond and support Retailers and customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get things done in the region, despite Gothenburg being so slow and unresponsive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The VCUSA management team is excellent. The Gothenburg executive management team leaves a lot to be desired.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vehicle program, but the company needs to subsidize the lease car program to keep prices low. It should be a true benefit. If the company wants to really promote BEVs, the should be offered at deeply discounted prices and lease rates to employees.
