Our team has a really trusting dynamic. We rely on each other in order to work most effectively. Zero micromanagement.

The best thing about the leadership team is their willingness to be transparent and share updates about what their team is doing.

I would say that defined contribution is the best part of the package - It's a perk you don't see at a lot of other places.

I like that I have the power to take ownership of my development. I also like that I don't need to be afraid to take chances.

What makes me the most happy at work is when I have the ability to truly impact how business operates. It's fun to see those tangible results.

Knowing I can come in everyday, take on a new challenge, and impact so many parts of the business makes me the happiest. Also, not being afraid to offer a suggestion or an opinion, no matter their level, is great.

Our team is the best. We work hard together, collaborate together, and succeed together. Not only that but we take the time to acknowledge out individual accomplishments both personally and professionally. I am lucky to be part of such a great team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture here at Volvo is the way everyone understands that though Volvo has a common goal we don't ask our employees to behave or work in a certain way to attain those goal. Volvo embraces and believes each employee has the "Freedom to Be".

I think the organizational transparency from the top down is the most positive. We are constantly getting updates not only from our business function but also directly from Anders. We celebrate our successes and know what we need to work on. We also move quickly if things need to change which I love
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is the new personal performance portion that they added. Giving us to power to have more control of our bonus is great. The only thing I would say is that the goals need to be more clearly defined when it comes to the rating scale. Could upset employees.
