Promoting David Sellers to VP of Engineering was a great decision. He is extremely bright and level-headed and, hopefully in his new position as VP he will be able contribute some much needed structure and guidance.
Friendly respect for unkind people
They are friendly and very helpful.
They are friendly and approachable.
They are understanding, respectful, and do their best to improve themselves and the team.
Need a leader in it
better organization. Asking for help and not having a Live manager on site is stressful. SOP are needed when going back to see how to do something you forgot. there should be a cut off for last min shipping and not simply just saying HOT RUSH. When comparing one dc to another is not motivational.
Communication, Being better at thanking thr employees
Bonuses are the best part of the compensation package.
We are very good conversation package
The health benefits and kind caring employees.
Bonus and medical insurance benefits
The quality of the insurance.
Worked aren't held accountable or encouraged to show initiative and responsibility. The work loads aren't equal and the compensation isn't enough for daily 10 hour days. Overall base pay has increased but has been entirely low for too long and still hasn't matched the economy.
I consider myself a high performer compared to others and more considerate to the workplace compared to others and I feel like I am still being placed on the same pedestal as them.
Base pay should be higher than $15, incentive shouldn't be affected by using time off provided by the company. Raises should be fair, all employees who followed higher management from Yamaha shouldn't automatically make more than employees who are just as skilled!
I feel as if you should be paid by how much you do, not how long you have been here. Someone that has been here for 2 years, but can do, and does do, several jobs in one day, should not be valued less just because of time within the company
They ask one thing and then want another ask you to do 2 or 3 thing but pay don't go up
One of the best things about my team is its cohesiveness.
Everyone works together as a team
We work together as a team.
They are always willing to do what is necessary
Helpful, nice and its never been a moment where its feel like its just you on the floor
Workers need to care more, show initiative and help when out work loads.
WORK ETHICS. NO ONE WANTS TO DO THEIR JOB
They need to improve their work ethic and not mix their personal lives with the job.
Do the work thag they get paid for.
Bring a positive attitude to work. Overall company wide communication needs to be improved. Company informative emails are sent out after 4pm frequently that impact operations the following business day. Many staff end their respective work day at 2:30-3:30pm daily.
The company has many employee-centered events throughout the year.
It is a very good environment
Clear communication, everyone has a positive attitude. We help each other out when needed.
The attempt at doing things for the employees
The company carries a relaxed environment.
Need to be able to get work on tome
This is probably a discussion one on one

Being able to contribute in a meaningful way.
Coming to work seeing my coworker's face
The great co-workers and lunch ins.
Seeing a project completed .
Steady work flow and a relaxed environment.
Sometimes I need to sit
Being more open on helping new employee with procedures. Not saying things like i was taught once or how many times should i be teaching. Wanting to learn something and then forwarding me to another employee and then having to wait for them to be done to teach me is extremely frustrating
The pay, the work, the people
My work is not something that I necessarily find enjoyable. It is simply a job.
