I think management really strives to make our work environment better, they just need employees that are more positive

I like to remain busy, I'm competitive so I try and compete with fellow pickers to make the day go by

There are says when we all work together as a team & those are the days i enjoy most. Everyone has a great chemistry
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base pay should be higher than $15, incentive shouldn't be affected by using time off provided by the company. Raises should be fair, all employees who followed higher management from Yamaha shouldn't automatically make more than employees who are just as skilled!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Took me three years to achieve material handler 2 after being assured i was up for the promotion four times. Then when I finally got the promotion it was only a .42 cents raise. When I was told it was a $1.50-$2.00 raise. It just gets frustrating striving to be the best at what you do daily for .42
