Health insurance, dental, eye and PTO time
A higher base salary to be in line with the market
I don't necessarily feel undervalued, My salary is lower than most in my position across the surrounding areas. I work very hard and am thankful for my salary but would like if it was more in line with industry standards.
I have an amazing team. We all work well together and they make everyone feel welcome and valued
I like that we have so many different personalities here at Hoshi. I love that we are all so different but here for the same thing and get along well
We help each other whenever needed.

We work well together and are helpful to each other.
Become more proactive and less reactive in their job responsibilities.
They need to be more proactive
stop playing games between departments. There is a silo mentality here that needs to be abolished.
My problem is not my team but how other teams interact with us. Very hostile actions against my team.
Better communication, more proactivity, responsiveness, break silos across the various departments
Everyone seems to be valued. I like the diversity of the company as well. The people I have met and worked with so far are some of the best in my 25+ years of experience
Hoshizaki love their employees and it shows in how they appreciate us

Consider reality when committing to customer requests. We just say yes to everything and work people to death to meet the goal
Our executives need to change their mindsets and look for new ways of doing things. The "good old boy" network needs to be replaced. People are not motivated by free ice cream and silly parades, they want to be treated fairly and given opportunities to grow. New ideas also need to be emraced by mgmt
Team working, less silos, better communication, need to transition to the mentality of a larger corporation

My team and other co-workers as well. From management down. I also enjoy my job and interacting with suppliers too
Feeling like we accomplished something- Supporting our customers demands and problem solving to do whatever it takes to make it happen
I enjoy my work and being part of the big picture.
My manager is a big part of why I love my job. She is extremely helpful and supportive. Couldn't ask for a better manager.
Executing multiple projects successfully at work
Less micromanaging from managers, try to understand what motivates employees and structure jobs instead of trying a "one size fits all approach. Managers here try to put square pegs into round holes. Most people in my group are miseable
company policies do not match the actions. Have some integrity

I am not using any of my skills since we are constantly in a fire fighting mode. Change goals and provide ones that are realistic. Eliminate the toxic environment created by upper management
Lack of planning, lack of communication and teamwork between departments, and lack of adequate resources to do our jobs correctly. Everything there is a fire drill due to lack of planning and lack of communication
management was obviously hired based on the need to check a particular box for discrimination purposes. Hire great leaders do not promote someone taht has little to no idea how to manage and do NOT allow management to hire their friends to work directly under them..
