communication of Company goals and objectives
They are always looking out for the employees and their best interest
Changing with the times and not being stuck into one direction that never changes

Insurance premiums partially paid by company.
Have not really used my benefits just yet so hard to say
health, bonus and 401K package
Our benefits are top notch. I love that we get bonus twice a year.
A higher base salary to be in line with the market
I don't necessarily feel undervalued, My salary is lower than most in my position across the surrounding areas. I work very hard and am thankful for my salary but would like if it was more in line with industry standards.
We are a very aligned team and always willing to help one another if needed. We are lead by a wonderful manager and director

We are all very aligned. We support each other and are lead by two amazing managers (Purchashing Mgr and Purchasing Director)
Positive Group willing to help each other if needed
I have the best team. I know that I can count on them to complete the request thoroughly and well. I appreciate their hardwork and dedication to Hoshizaki
Become more proactive and less reactive in their job responsibilities.
They need to be more proactive
stop playing games between departments. There is a silo mentality here that needs to be abolished.
My problem is not my team but how other teams interact with us. Very hostile actions against my team.
Better communication, more proactivity, responsiveness, break silos across the various departments
I think everyone treats each other with kindness, integrity and respect

The employees are a priority.
People are friendly and welcoming. We have a diverse group of people
The ability to back each other up and communicate across cross functional teams
Hoshizaki tries to make it truly the best place to work, It's like a family here. We come here to do our jobs, but it's nice to have an environment that feels like home.
Become more responsive to market changes. Hold toxic managers accountable for their actions
treat everyone the same , do not discriminate

Consider reality when committing to customer requests. We just say yes to everything and work people to death to meet the goal
Our executives need to change their mindsets and look for new ways of doing things. The "good old boy" network needs to be replaced. People are not motivated by free ice cream and silly parades, they want to be treated fairly and given opportunities to grow. New ideas also need to be emraced by mgmt
Team working, less silos, better communication, need to transition to the mentality of a larger corporation

Getting my job done. It's a good feeling to be part of the big picture.
I enjoy my role and the team I work with
Resolving problems and contributing to the financial success of the company
Completing things that I know have a positive impact to the business.
Less micromanaging from managers, try to understand what motivates employees and structure jobs instead of trying a "one size fits all approach. Managers here try to put square pegs into round holes. Most people in my group are miseable
company policies do not match the actions. Have some integrity

I am not using any of my skills since we are constantly in a fire fighting mode. Change goals and provide ones that are realistic. Eliminate the toxic environment created by upper management
Lack of planning, lack of communication and teamwork between departments, and lack of adequate resources to do our jobs correctly. Everything there is a fire drill due to lack of planning and lack of communication
management was obviously hired based on the need to check a particular box for discrimination purposes. Hire great leaders do not promote someone taht has little to no idea how to manage and do NOT allow management to hire their friends to work directly under them..
