AEVEX Aerospace: The AEVEX name within Tier 1 forces is mud. I often refrain from saying i am with AEVEX as to not be orematurely judged before they see my performamce. Aevex is associated with not listening to the customer and not making positive changes to meet the needs of the force. Its not good!

AEVEX Aerospace: There are a lot worst places I could be. The company has made strides in focusing on compensation, improving process, and diversifying its strategic future focus. The people are really good at AEVEX for the most part and thats hard to find.
Risepoint: It has been a great journey at AP for half a decade, however, the last year or so has been extremely challenging with org changes. Job feels extremely insecure and there is a lack of leadership in my team with no feedback from supervisor or clear direction. Turnover has been very high as a result.
