Overall it has been a good experience. There has been a lot of change since I first started, so I've gotten to observe a lot of growth and ways that the growth is handled since I first came on staff.

The atmosphere within my team and the ability to always find something productive to do for team members or clients.

I like the growing transparency- prior to becoming RLDatix our leadership team was very transparent, and it feels that communication is heading back in that direction.

I enjoy how my team works together to solve problems and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Our team also tries to do group activities on a regular basis.

The ability to not be micromanaged- our leadership team is confident that the team members are working on the tasks/projects they are supposed to work on, and are available for any assistance needed without being overbearing.

I enjoy the addition of wellness days and the offer of an HSA account to offset the high deductible plans. I do wish that unused vacation days were either 1) paid if not used or 2) rolled over more than 5 days for the first quarter of the next year.
