Improved healthcare options and employer matching on 401K and HSA. Raises are good as well, but quite honestly, barely cover the cost of increases in benefits options and other cost of living expenses.
Specific to the US, it used to be the health care plan but due to changes for 2025, less so. The 401K and HSA matching are great, but really no different than many other companies in this tier.
