My coworkers are great people. We are company that chose people that will fit and are good employees, which creates great working environment and easy communication. Best things are open and honest communication and trust wordiness,

Transparency for everything. We see on the townhalls how the company has more and more money, but we ask for licenses/training/conference/customer visit the excuse is there is no money. Change your mindset to invest into the people and they will bring you more money.

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?

Don't use standard model to do reviews on people and how much we will invest in them. We need to change the approach to review individually and see the value from each person. Better salary reviews and more correctness when distributing the budget for this.
