The company is making great strides in the space of compensation to be fair and equitable and to attract top talent. (without just holding onto legacy structure) It takes time to fully right size compensation and bonus structure. Seeing a compensation market analysis review would be great

The people I work with and the customers I get to talk to. I love that they trust me to reach out and trust me with their questions and comments and get guidance on events to sign up for or who someone is to connect them with to see a demo of a solution!
