My teammates personality really shines through and it really shows with the guests that let them do so, and thus proceeds to make everyone's day better.
It was quick and to the point, and though the position needed to be filled quickly, time was still spent making sure I personally knew what would be expected of myself for the job at hand.
Once again, everyone's personalities really shine and makes each others days. Also the ability to self manage one's responsibilities, making appropriate, time sensitive decisions on the floor without wasting any ones time with red tape and the likes.
The rate of pay I receive (Server assistant), compared to the amount of extra responsibilities (Non mandatory cleaning projects, assisting other HoH and BoH positions) taken on and superb work ethic and dinning room management skills for 2 plus years leaves more to desire, though not by much.
Unfortunately, with the nature of this position(server assistant) being how it is with pay to workload/hours and interacting with guests on a day to day basis, it's not a career path for anyone, myself included, and thus without a pay rate increase, nothing can be done to truly improve the position.
